How do I track my order?

Upon placing an order, you'll receive an Order ID via e-mail, along with a purchase receipt. After a processing period of 3 to 7 business days, we immediately send an email with information to track your order in transit.

If you have not received this tracking email within 7 business days after making your purchase, contact us and we'll resend it.

Note: The order completion page also has an option for opt-in tracking updates by text messages.

What shows up on my bank statement for store purchases?

Your statement will read: "SP * PRINTFUL" - Which is our distributor, along with a customer service phone number for the fulfillment center.

How long does processing take before my order is shipped?

Orders will be fulfilled in about 3 to 7 business days once the order is placed.

Where are orders shipped from?

Our distributor has locations in the United States for domestic orders and Europe for international purchases.

How long does shipping take?

Customers typically receive their orders within 2 weeks (including order handling), but this depends on your location and the shipping options you choose during checkout.

Can I receive a refund?

We submit store refunds up to 30 days after purchasing. For more information, see our shop's refund policy.
